While sitting out on the deck Saturday, Copper and I had more visitors come to say hello. Benjamin, or "Mr. Man" as he is affectionately called by his parents, found himself being held on various laps....starting with mine, of course!
Benjamin is content to sit quietly, although alertly keeping his eyes on everything that is going on around him.
Up to a point, that is.......sometimes you just have to give in to comfort and rest those eyelids.
Jim, pushing his son in a little wagon, stopped by to say hello to Andy and Benjamin, before coming up on the deck, too.
Erica and Dan also came by. I had the propane heater lit, but as you might possibly see, the flame was yellow, so the gas is just about gone from the tank. It didn't throw off the welcome heat as it is known to do, but the newly filled tank will take care of that issue. ;)
The last lap for Benjamin before Mom Angela (I could have said Mother Angela, but that would have been too "nun-like"), took him and headed home. Krista somehow always manages to be able to get him away from me....why is that???? :)

Yay! 'Tis the season! I love your deck sittin' entries! And there's my baby Copper! Haven't seen him in a while!
