Sean's roommates work as Sous Chefs at Chandler's. They both were working that Sunday night, and made a special dinner for us.

The "Amuse Bouche" : Prosciutto wrapped Chicken Pate', Apple Mostarda, Dried Cherries, Frisee, Fleur De Sel, Crostini, Apple Cider reduction
First Course : Seared Diver Scallop, Kataifi Fried Shrimp, Sweet Potato Puree, Sweet Potato Crisp, Basil Chiffonade, Saba
Second Course : Roasted Duck Breast, Curried Lentils, Roasted Parsnips, Bacon Lardon, Fried Sage, Butternut Squash Puree
Third Course : Arugula, Julliened Apples, Toasted Walnuts, Shaved Fennel, Four Year Aged Cheddar, Maple Vinaigrette
And last but NOT least (I forgot to take a photo of it when it was served)........the last bite of my Dessert : Pumpkin Cheesecake, Cinnamon Whipped Cream, Nutmeg, Fleur De Sel, Caramel
A truly delicious dinner! I would certainly recommend a stop at Chandler's if in Petoskey......and Cava, too, of course! ;)
