Don and I attended the annual New Harvest Dinner Dance last Saturday night at the Monona Terrace. Dinner we had....."dancing" was not part of "our" evening. :)
Fellow table mates were: Left to right- Catherine, Marty, Jamie, and Nancy.
Table "captain" was Woody (wearing his tux), and Bill.
Woody is co-chair of the Board of Directors of New Harvest. One of his duties that evening, was to draw the names of the raffle winners.
The guest speaker was William McConkey, who is combatting the marriage amendment in Wisconsin, as plaintiff in McConkey vs. Van Hollen. He was very interesting and entertaining to listen to.
We had a very nice time.Our table mates were all very pleasant and enjoyable to talk with and the time flew by very quickly. When the time came for dancing, we said our goodbyes, along with Catherine, Marty, Jamie, and Nancy, who also left when we did. Woody and Bill are the party animals........ ;)
