"The WONDERFUL Cryo-Cuff....."

Here I am filling the cryo-cuff with ice water. The cuff is a wonderful invention which I still am using daily. The cuff is filled using gravity, thus the reason I am holding it on my head to help the water drain into the cuff. Of course, using it so much has made me quite cold all of the time, but it has kept the swelling of my knee down very nicely, and I am sure, is one of the main reasons my knee is flexing so well.
