In my last post, we'd just arrived on the upper floor of the Madison's Children's Museum where the "discovery areas" are meant for older kids. Not sure how this ridable form fits that description.....
Nor this one actually, except for it allows for larger or more bodies. ;)
It was checked out by Griffin, too. I'd thought that Abigail and Griffin might have stayed closer together, but found that not to happen at all. They were both on their own.....so to speak. ;) I should say "on their own" with their own set of "groupies" following them everywhere they went, eh? LOL
There is a massive structure for kids to climb inside of and Don found it too enticing to shy away from. Yep.....he was inside and climbing in almost no time at all. ;)
He stopped just before going inside the slide entrance and waited as the other kids passed him by......
When the coast was clear, he too climbed in the covered and dark interior of the structure and prepared to slide down.......
There was "no rest for the wicked"........he barely made it down when the next person started down the slide. We'd forgotten how younger kids are not quite as careful when they "play" and take more risks. ;)
Here is another view of the climbing structure.
Tomorrow will be the last post of our visit while at the Madison's Children's Museum, but not the last of our fun that day. More to come.......
